WHO ARE WE
Teachers’ Time is the business trading name and is currently operating as a partnership between Natalie Gordon and Alison Atkins. The business address is 79 Brookvale Avenue, Binley, Coventry CV3 2DG.

THE SERVICES
Teachers’ Time is a provider of high quality printable teaching resources. These resources are distributed through the website. We reserve the right to change pricing and availability of the printable resources for any reason and without notice.

Teachers’ Time is not responsible for non delivery or technical limitations of the end user for any reason in respect of the printable resources.

MEMBER ACCOUNTS
To obtain the printable resources you are obliged to register and provide information about yourself. You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form contained in the website. We shall not be liable for any loss suffered by your non-compliance with this provision. Teachers’ Time will endeavour to protect all personal information collected through the website in accordance with acceptable Data Protection standards.

The registration process will involve you providing a password and we will provide you with a designated account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and the account.

INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify Teachers’ Time from and against any and all liability, losses, costs, claims and expenses incurred directly or indirectly including reasonable legal fees incurred in connection with or arising out of your violation of these Terms and Conditions. The indemnity includes both any liability to third parties and other costs and losses incurred by Teachers’ Time.

INTERNATIONAL USE

Due to the global nature of the internet users from all over the world will have access to the website. If you are a resident in a country outside of the United Kingdom you will use the website at your own risk.

Teachers’ Time’s liability to you in contract, tort (including negligence) with regard to these Terms and Conditions and use of the website shall be limited to the greater of £100 and the price paid by you to Teachers’ Time under any contract during the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL
Teachers’ Time’s performance under any Terms and Conditions or any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that any Force Majeure Event continues and we will have an extension of time for performance during that period.

SUBSRIPTION SERVICE
In accordance with Teachers’ Time copyright terms, you will not redistribute any resources downloaded through the payment of your subscription and you understand that any resources you download from the website are for your personal use only.

You agree to the Subscription Service Acceptable Use policy.
You understand and agree we will monitor your usage of this service.
We are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances. Your credit/debit card details are not stored with Teachers’ Time. However, we advise that you read Paypals Terms and Conditions for details about their services at:

ANNUAL CONTRACT, PREPAID
Service begins within 24 hours of when your payment is processed. You’ll be charged the annual rate stated at the time of purchase as one lump sum, plus applicable taxes. Your contract will renew automatically, on your annual renewal date, until you cancel. Renewal rates are subject to change, but we’ll always notify you beforehand. You may cancel a recurring payment at any time up to 1 Business Day prior to the date the payment is scheduled to be made. Once your payment has been processed, it is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of your contracted term.

You may cancel a Recurring Payment at any time up to 1 Business Day prior to the date the payment is scheduled to be made. You may cancel a Recurring Payment by logging in to your Account, accessing the “Settings” tab, then, in the “Payment settings” section, clicking on ” Preapproved Payments” and following the instructions to cancel the payment. Please keep in mind that Recurring Payments are sometimes referred to as subscriptions or preapproved payments.

SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
The subscription service is designed to allow individual users to download high quality teaching resources for their own needs. The subscription service is subject to an acceptable use policy and user accounts are monitored. Teachers’ Time considers that no user would reasonably need to download more than 100 resources per calendar month and accounts exceeding this download level are subject to review.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The contents of the website are protected by international Copyright Laws and other intellectual property rights. The owner of these rights is Teachers’ Time.

Any material downloaded from this website is subject to Copyright terms. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, refurbish, upload, post, transmit or distribute by any means or in any manner any material or information downloaded from this website without prior written authorisation from a partner of Teachers’ Time.

PRIVACY
You acknowledge and agree to be bound by our privacy policy.

GOVERNING LAW
